Libertarian Party of New Hampshire Presidential candidate George Phillies today decried the Bob Barr Lawsuit against Secretary of State William Gardner as a 'cheap political stunt'.  The suit seeks to remove Phillies from the November General Election ballot.

The initial suit was filed in mid-September; Secretary Gardner was not served with notice of the suit until October 3.  "It's too late," Phillies said.  "Ballots are already been printed and distributed.
