Phillies 2008 is a Presidential Campaign Committee. We operate in accord with Federal Law and Federal Regulations.

We ask volunteers for their name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Volunteers are free to supply or not supply any part of their contact information. Contact information from volunteers may be shared with state and local libertarian campaign organizations and with state and local Libertarian Party organizations. At a later date, we may tell volunteers about opportunities to participate in other pro-liberty campaigns. On request, we delete volunteer information from our databases. We may share our information with successor organizations and may use it to support other libertarian organizations. Your credit card and other like financial information will not be shared with or supplied to other organizations.

Phillies 2008 makes every reasonable effort within the constraints of our campaign budget to ensure the security and privacy of information that you share with us online. Our web site has security measures in place to protect our information from loss, theft, misuse, or malicious alteration. Our financial records are secured by password protection and other means.

This information is publicly accessible. However, the name and address information may not be used to solicit donations or to sell a commercial product. We may legally take steps that would reveal if our name and address information is misused, and will report such misuse to the Federal authorities.
